It is at our best interest to protect the value and maintenance of your rental property. Cardinal Management fees will vary depending on several factors, our rental fee structure is as follows.
Leasing and Tenant Placement Fees
- One-time flat fee of 1st month’s rent for leasing services only, OR 50% of 1st month’s rent with monthly management contract.
Monthly Management Services
- Condo or Townhouse $120 per month after rent has been collected.
- Single-Family Residence $150 per month after rent has been collected.
Lease Renewal Fees
- $250 When your tenant signs a lease extension of 6 months or more.
